The Chef de Partie is responsible for daily preparation of pizza doughs, pasta, sauces, gelato, sorbets, and Italian cold cuts, ensuring quality and consistency. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations including preparing pizzas and pastas from scratch. - Ensure consistency in taste, quality, temperature, and preparation of all dishes. - Prepare mise-en-place for kitchen operations. - Maintain and upkeep kitchen machinery and equipment. - Facilitate ordering and receiving of inventory. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum Level 1). - Good understanding of ingredient preparation and storage. - Excellent attitude towards learning; open to aspiring chefs with little or no Italian cuisine experience. - Takes pride and responsibility in their work.
