We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Preparation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in preparing high-quality food and maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. You'll work closely with our culinary team to ensure our kitchen operates smoothly and meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Food Preparation Assistance: - Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes, following established recipes and guidelines. - Quality Assurance: - Ensure the quality and consistency of food prepared, adhering to our standards. - Kitchen Sanitation and Hygiene: - Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations. - Compliance with Standards: - Understand and comply with all mandatory hygiene standards and requirements. - Cleaning and Maintenance: - Assist in general cleaning duties to keep the kitchen organized and functional. - General Support: - Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef to support kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Physical and mental fitness to handle the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment. - Possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. - Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. - Ability to follow instruction.
