Responsibilities and Duties

- Take drink and food orders, ensure timely serving - Manage phone reservations - Attend to customer queries and ensure quality service - Maintain knowledge of menu items and provide recommendations - Gather customer feedback for improvement - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager

Qualifications and Requirements

- No prior experience required (basic food prep knowledge is an advantage) - Able to commit to shifts, weekends, and public holidays - Able to communicate in fluent English and Chinese - Service-oriented, team player, positive attitude
