Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage daily restaurant and bar operations with a hands-on approach * Lead,coach,and schedule Front of House staff for smooth service delivery * Oversee opening and closing duties,inventory levels,cleanliness,and safety compliance * Address guest feedback promptly and professionally * Support bar operations when required,including preparing drinks with speed and quality * Train bar staff on cocktail recipes,hygiene standards,and customer engagement * Maintain consistency in beverage presentation and service quality * Drive sales through upselling,promotions,and special events * Work with marketing to enhance brand presence,online reviews,and customer traffic * Monitor financial performance including revenue,cost of goods,and labor efficiency * Develop and suggest initiatives such as loyalty programs and happy hour promotions

Qualifications and Requirements

* 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or bar management * Bartending background with solid beverage knowledge * Passion for hospitality,service excellence,and team development * Strong leadership,organizational,and communication skills * Skilled in POS systems,inventory management,and financial monitoring * Flexibility to work evenings,weekends,and public holidays * Comfortable working within late operating hours
