In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet and serve customers quickly and with courtesy. * Assist customers with our self-ordering system. * Offer recommendations and answer customer questions about our offerings. * Ensure tables are promptly set and cleared for the next guests. * Help maintain a clean and hygienic dining environment. * Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service. * Handle customer feedback with professionalism, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Previous experience in the food and beverage industry or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. * A positive attitude and a strong team player. * Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
