Assistant Finance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage finance transformation initiatives within the organization. This role involves developing strategies, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring the successful execution of transformation projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial background, technological expertise, and the ability to collaborate across functions to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop and implement a comprehensive finance transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Identify areas for improvement within financial operations and streamline processes to improve accuracy and reduce cycle times. - Leverage financial technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to optimize processes and enhance reporting capabilities. - Oversee and manage organizational changes related to finance transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating smooth transitions. - Work closely with various departments to align finance transformation initiatives with broader business strategies, fostering synergy and cohesive operations. - Use data insights to guide strategic decisions and identify opportunities for improving financial operations. - Define and track KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success and impact of finance transformation efforts. - Serve as a key contributor to the Working Committee for implementing the new Dealer Management System (DMS) across all entities and brands. - Undertake additional projects or assignments as required by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance. - Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are advantageous. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, including leading finance transformation projects. - Strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and technologies. - Proficiency in project management with attention to detail. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively. - Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Maturity, independence, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals.
