Sales Executive

Description

This position focuses on driving revenue through sales activities, negotiation, and achieving performance targets. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of customer interaction, from initial inquiries and sales transactions to complaint resolution and post-sales support. The role also involves managing work orders and providing regular reports. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, organizational, and client service skills, complemented by relevant sales experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage sales operations, conduct negotiations, and meet established performance benchmarks. - Handle all customer interactions related to sales, including inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support requests. - Develop and deliver requests for quotes, sales proposals, and price quotations based on customer specifications. - Manage the processing of factory engineer work orders, including tracking order progress. - Produce regular reports, including bi-weekly and monthly updates and sales forecasts.

Qualifications and Requirements

- A diploma or equivalent higher education qualification. - A minimum of three years of relevant sales experience. - Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. - A proactive work style and the capacity to function effectively with limited supervision. - The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Excellent communication, documentation, and client relationship management skills. - Competence in standard office software applications.
