A fine dining establishment specializing in fusion cuisine is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to optimize performance,enhance guest experience,and support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.The role focuses on team supervision,operational efficiency,financial reporting,and maintaining service excellence. Responsibilities and Duties

* Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations * Conduct roll-calls with service team to align goals and enhance efficiency * Ensure cleanliness,accurate order-taking,and consistent guest satisfaction * Supervise,train,and mentor team members with tailored development plans * Assess product quality,manage suppliers,and maintain high standards * Ensure compliance with sanitation,safety,and HACCP regulations * Control operational costs and implement waste reduction strategies * Prepare detailed revenue and expense reports for management analysis * Contribute to budgeting and overall business planning * Oversee accurate and timely payment processing * Collaborate with marketing team on social media content and brand promotion * Support pre-opening activities if required * Perform other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

* Degree or Certificate in Restaurant Management or related field preferred * 3–5 years of relevant experience in fine dining,preferably fusion cuisine * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Familiarity with cross-cultural business environments preferred * Demonstrated leadership,team motivation,and conflict resolution skills * Prior pre-opening experience is advantageous * In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards * Strong understanding of HACCP compliance and food safety practices * Willingness to work shifts,split shifts,weekends,and public holidays
