Finance and Accounting Executive

Description

This entry-level accounting role is designed for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience. The position will provide opportunities to apply accounting principles, utilize accounting software, and develop skills in financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, account reconciliations, and invoice processing. * Support the preparation of financial reports and statements. * Contribute to audit preparation and documentation. * Learn and apply accounting software and internal financial systems. * Participate in other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. * Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally. * Solid analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. * A strong desire to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. * Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Prior internship experience or relevant coursework in construction finance or accounting. * Relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA Fundamentals, CAT) are considered a plus.
