Sales Manager

Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by actively promoting the company’s products and services. This role involves leading outdoor roadshows, distributing promotional materials, and maintaining a professional demeanor. The Sales Manager will ensure a clean working environment, provide team leadership, and guide subordinates in their tasks. Additional duties may be assigned by Management as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets. * Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team effectively. * Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the company’s products and treatments to provide accurate information to potential clients. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients. * Sales Motivation: Strong drive and passion for achieving sales goals and driving revenue. * Client Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Professionalism: Responsible, well-mannered, and professional in all promotional activities. * Physical Endurance: Ability to stand and work long hours, including outdoors during roadshows. * Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required. * Attention to Cleanliness: Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times.
