Responsibilities and Duties

*Prepare a variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi, grilled specialties, tempura, and more *Support the Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during service *Consistently maintain high standards in taste, plating, and food presentation *Follow proper hygiene and safety protocols in every aspect of kitchen work *Step into a leadership role when senior chefs are away

Qualifications and Requirements

*Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a professional kitchen *Bonus points for experience in Japanese cuisine *Confident with essential kitchen tools like knives, fryers, and grills *Stays calm and focused under pressure *Willing and available to work weekends and public holidays, 5 or 6 days per week
