Sales Executive

Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving daily sales activities, including cold calling, client meetings, and proposal preparation. The role involves generating leads, securing new sales, and achieving revenue targets. Collaboration with internal teams for pricing and technical support is key, as well as managing pre-ITQ and RFQ tasks. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and staying updated on product knowledge and market trends are essential.

Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct daily sales activities: cold calling, scheduling appointments, preparing presentations and proposals, and presenting to potential customers. Develop and execute strategies based on market trends and customer needs. Generate leads and secure new sales opportunities to meet sales targets. Collaborate with partners and internal teams for pricing details and technical support. Ensure accuracy in sales reports for record-keeping and management reporting. Handle pre-ITQ and RFQ duties, including tender/bidding and negotiation to close deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to foster long-term partnerships. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends through product training.

Qualifications and Requirements

Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Business-to-Business sales or Business Development, with an advantage for IT-related roles. Diploma or Degree holder in a relevant field (Sales or Information Technology). Knowledge of IT products, with experience in HP/Lenovo SMB sales or IT solutions and consultancy being a plus. Proven track record of successful sales in related industries. Strong communication and presentation skills. Compensation structure includes base salary plus commission.
