Sales Manager

Description

This role focuses on driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities. * Conduct regular sales visits to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, and monitor the progress of ongoing projects. * Prepare weekly sales activity reports, tracking sales visits, quotations, and realized business. * Contribute to other tasks related to the sales function. * Effectively collaborate with colleagues as a team player.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possess a Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field. * Have some relevant work experience within the Marine or Petrochemical industries. * Demonstrate strong customer relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills. * Be meticulous, analytical, proactive, and organized in their approach to work. * Possess a valid Class 2 or 3 driver's license. * Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
