Responsibilities and Duties

Assist in cooking and meal preparation, including portioning, cutting, and packing Ensure dishes are prepared and served promptly to meet service expectations Follow all hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness protocols consistently Maintain a clean and organized food preparation and cooking area Uphold quality standards in food handling, preparation, and presentation Receive and properly store food supplies and ingredients Carry out various kitchen support tasks as required for daily operations Support overall kitchen efficiency and help maintain stock and cleanliness

Qualifications and Requirements

Friendly, positive, and willing to learn Able to handle multiple responsibilities while working well in a team Prior experience in coffee shop or food court settings is a plus Must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and stay for overtime when necessary
