Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. * Manage and supervise waitstaff, including scheduling shifts and coordinating guest seating. * Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food service. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. * Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. * Maintain a well-organized and efficient restaurant environment. * Uphold and enforce company standards and procedures. * Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. * Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Prior experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry is preferred. * Ability to work flexible hours, including Sundays and public holidays, and to cover shifts as needed. * Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * A positive and proactive attitude.
