Sales Manager

Description

This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to lead and manage sales efforts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. * Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. * Negotiate and close complex sales deals. * Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. * Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management. * Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 8 years of experience in product or solution sales, preferably within the software, technology, or telecommunications sectors. * Deep understanding of the TV and entertainment product market. * Proven success in leading and closing significant sales deals. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with experience interacting with senior-level executives. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. * Prior experience in regional sales is preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
