Better Craft Co. is hiring Kitchen Crew / Cooks for our brands Lola’s Cafe and Dumpling Darlings. No prior experience required – training will be provided. Responsibilities and Duties

* Set up kitchen workstations and prepare mise en place * Run and expedite line service during operations * Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards * Follow outlet Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) * Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspace

Qualifications and Requirements

* No prior experience required (training provided) * Able to communicate in basic English/Chinese * Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment * Strong interpersonal skills and passion for food
