Kitchen Assistant

Description

We are looking for a committed and detail-focused Kitchen Assistant to join our team and help maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Perform general kitchen duties to support daily operations *Maintain and organize kitchen supplies, equipment, and workstations *Ensure all food preparation and kitchen areas meet hygiene and cleanliness standards *Assist in preparing ingredients such as cutting vegetables, meats, and fruits *Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications and Requirements

*Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality or food service industry *Basic Food Hygiene Certification is mandatory *Flexible to work a 6-day week with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays *Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience
