Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee daily F&B operations across outlets to ensure smooth service delivery * Implement and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures * Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control to maximize profitability * Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff * Provide coaching, feedback, and conduct performance evaluations * Ensure excellent customer service and resolve feedback/complaints promptly * Introduce innovative F&B concepts and improve service offerings * Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting * Monitor sales performance and implement revenue strategies * Control operational expenses and drive cost efficiency * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations * Maintain cleanliness and presentation of outlets * Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field * Minimum 8 years of experience in F&B management or similar role * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Solid understanding of F&B operations, budgeting, and cost control * Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
