Restaurant Captain / Supervisor (Chinese Restaurant)

Description

We are looking for a Restaurant Captain / Supervisor to oversee dining operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage guest seating and orders, and support the restaurant manager in daily service tasks. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Take reservations, manage guest seating arrangements, take orders, and present final bills * Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction * Recommend menu and special items to guests * Ensure workstations are properly set up before operation starts * Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant * Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned by the restaurant manager

Qualifications and Requirements

* Willing to work weekends and public holidays * Able to work split shifts * Must be a team player * Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B experience preferred
