Description

"Japanese One-Stop Centre", Fish Mart SAKURAYA It started as a wholesale business for Japanese restaurants and supermarkets by Managing Director Teruyoshi Abe. There are 4 branches in Singapore. Each branch has a Japanese Supermarket and Restaurant to satisfy customers love for Japanese food.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare for opening and closing operation hours • Help customers to settle down and advise on ordering system • Serve food to customers in an effective and polite manner • Answering customer’s queries regarding services, menus, offers or any other product related enquiries • Clean tables after customers have left and clearing empty/unwanted dishes • Assist kitchen staff whenever required • Welcome and bid farewell to customers as they enter/ leave the restaurant • Packing and labelling of products • Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and replacement of retail shelve items

• 44 hours a week+ OT
