This individual will function as the primary authority within the culinary space, crafting and meticulously evaluating each dish to guarantee top-tier quality and customer delight.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Direct and coordinate all facets of food preparation and related tasks. * Develop innovative and classic menu options, focusing on diverse, high-quality offerings. * Conduct final quality checks on all dishes before service, ensuring they meet exacting standards. * Strategically plan and order necessary equipment and ingredients, addressing any supply gaps. * Coordinate and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs as needed. * Address and resolve any culinary or operational issues promptly. * Lead the recruitment, supervision, and development of kitchen personnel. * Manage and delegate tasks to kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow. * Calculate and manage staff workloads and compensation. * Maintain accurate records of payroll and attendance. * Enforce strict adherence to nutritional, sanitation, and safety guidelines. * Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.

Qualifications and Requirements
