Responsibilities and Duties

- Greet customers, take orders, and process payments through POS system. - Prepare and serve beverages and food items such as coffee, tea, pastries, and sandwiches according to SOP. - Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. - Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment and workstations. - Conduct inventory checks on products and ingredients. - Maintain high standards of housekeeping and food hygiene at all times. - Share customer feedback with managers and suggest new menu ideas. - Support general service crew tasks and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Barista experience and basic latte art skills preferred but not essential (training provided). - Good communication skills and customer service mindset. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player.

Working Condition

Working hours

Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm.
