This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented Sales Manager to join a leading electronics manufacturing company. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed the company's annual sales targets. * Follow up with existing customers to secure sales opportunities and ensure alignment with budget plans. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals. * Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitor data, and customer insights to develop actionable business strategies. * Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and identify optimal sales strategies for each product and customer segment. * Work closely with the engineering team to understand product updates and effectively demonstrate product capabilities to potential customers. * Gather market and customer feedback to inform the company's product roadmap and ensure product offerings align with customer needs. * Coordinate with business partners to develop and execute tailored business models that maximize sales opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration. * Prepare comprehensive sales reports, including analysis of sales trips, projects, and ad hoc requests. * Generate detailed marketing reports segmented by product, market, or country to provide valuable insights for sales and marketing strategies. * Work effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing) to ensure alignment and successful execution of business initiatives. * Act as the primary point of contact for international partners and clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role. * Proven experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferred. * Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes.
