Responsibilities and Duties

*Monitor team performance and ensure employees meet expected productivity and quality benchmarks. *Provide clear guidance, instructions, and support to team members to achieve operational goals. *Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy working environment for all staff. *Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on schedule and meet required standards. *Review and approve employee work schedules and attendance records. *Drive excellent customer service across all levels of interaction, resolving issues and maintaining satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food & beverage industry. *Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. *In-depth knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and hospitality standards. *Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. *Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
