Responsibilities and Duties

* Cuisine Preparation: Prepare various dishes and ingredients, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. * Kitchen Management: Assist with daily kitchen operations, including inventory control and minimizing food wastage. * Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, strictly complying with all food safety standards. * Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and the entire kitchen team to execute menus effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cook or kitchen assistant, preferably with exposure to Chinese cuisine. * Possess a valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate or Refresher Food Safety Course Certificate. (Sponsorship for certification available upon successful interview.) * Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and best food handling practices. * Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
