Accounts Executive (Finance)

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage daily financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable, with a primary focus on accounts payable. * Review and process employee expense claims accurately and efficiently. * Assist in monthly financial closing, preparation of reports, quarterly group reporting, and year-end audits. * Collaborate closely with the Reporting Manager to develop and implement processes, systems, and internal controls, as well as support technology integrations. * Provide support for various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a comparable professional qualification. * Professional accreditation and previous experience in auditing or accounting are highly advantageous. * Prior experience in accounts payable (AP) is preferred. * A self-motivated and proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership. * Capable of multitasking, effectively prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment. * Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a sharp eye for accuracy. * A collaborative team player who can adapt seamlessly to evolving business requirements. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and skilled in leveraging it for financial tasks.
