Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to handle lead management, customer service, and various marketing activities. This role involves tracking and following up on sales inquiries, ensuring timely closure of sales, and providing regular reports on lost sales. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints, liaising with external parties such as the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE), and conducting monthly online contests. Additionally, the role includes assisting with online promotional posts, supporting product/service shortlisting for social platforms, and managing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information to management and assist with various events and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Handle sales inquiries from various channels, including cold calls, meetings, networking, and others. * Track and follow up on every lead received to ensure timely closure of sales. * Submit reports to management on lost sales (using a provided template). * Conduct basic analysis of collected leads and closed sales * Assist stores in responding to customer complaints after conducting necessary investigations. * Create and maintain a complaint tracking form to identify the root cause of issues. * Manage difficult client situations and resolve complaints effectively. * Communicate with external parties, including the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE). * Assist with preparing and packing goodie bags as needed. * Follow up with participants to collect prizes. * Ensure prize and voucher forms are properly documented and filed. * Support the creation and posting of promotional content online. * Occasionally assist in shortlisting products or services to be featured on social platforms. * Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, handling account-related activities. * Provide accurate and timely information to management. * Support at tradeshows, supplier events, and other related activities. * Perform any ad-hoc tasks as needed based on organizational requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum O-Level or Diploma in any field of study * At least 2 years of experience in customer service * Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and collaborate well with a team * Strong communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and a thorough approach * Excellent time management and organizational abilities
