Responsibilities and Duties

* Offer administrative assistance to the sales team by generating and overseeing sales opportunities. * Support the preparation and follow-up of sales contracts. * Work closely with the sales team to cultivate and sustain customer relationships. * Address customer inquiries and deliver relevant product information. * Coordinate with departments such as product, finance, compliance, and technical support to ensure seamless sales operations. * Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to effectively assist the sales team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Skilled in MS Office and CRM software. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks. * Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
