**Job Description:** A dynamic and experienced individual is needed to lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, profitability, and adherence to quality standards. This role focuses on staff leadership, financial management, menu development, and fostering a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary skills, particularly in Chinese wok cooking, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide comprehensive training and retraining for front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff. * Supervise team members, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive and personalized service. * Effectively address customer complaints and feedback to ensure positive resolutions. * Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to enhance profitability. * Manage labor costs, food costs, and overhead expenses while maintaining service quality. * Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. * Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Collaborate with management to design and update menus, considering customer preferences and seasonal availability. * Incorporate cost considerations into menu planning. * Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to maintain consistency and meet expectations. * Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee morale. * Enhance employee retention and performance through effective leadership. * Prepare detailed reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of three years of experience as an outlet manager or similar role in a full-service restaurant. * Demonstrated higher culinary skills, with proficiency in Chinese wok cooking. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * A genuine passion for the hospitality industry. * Reliability, punctuality, and a responsible work ethic. * Enthusiastic and positive-thinking attitude. * High energy and the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment. * Availability to work weekends and public holidays, with flexible working hours. * Understanding that this role does not offer overtime pay or time off in lieu.
