Sales Executive

Description

This position is dedicated to boosting sales efficiency through client engagement, order management, and effective teamwork with internal departments. The role demands strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on ensuring positive client experiences and timely order completion.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Enhance sales performance by contacting clients to arrange meetings. - Manage incoming orders received via phone or mail, preparing price quotes and verifying the accuracy of pricing and applied discounts. - Enter orders into the system, confirming they are processed according to client requirements and ensuring timely delivery. - Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate the smooth handling of sales, marketing, inquiries, and deliveries. - Develop approaches to maximize the attractiveness of the organization's offerings to potential clients. - Complete other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

- A diploma or equivalent post-secondary qualification. - Prior experience within the construction sector is advantageous. - Proficiency in team building and leadership. - Well-developed administrative, organizational, and problem-resolution skills. - Exceptional communication, sales, and client service skills. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking clientele.
