Responsibilities and Duties

* Lead the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and provide thorough training to ensure staff adherence to established procedures. * Uphold rigorous safety and food quality standards, guaranteeing a secure and enjoyable dining experience. * Prioritize customer satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally. * Create and manage employee schedules, accurately track hours, and process payroll data. * Strategically order food, linens, supplies, and other necessary items while adhering to budgetary constraints. * Oversee daily shift operations, encompassing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities. * Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. * Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 10 years of proven experience within the food and beverage industry. * Flexibility to work holidays, varied shifts, and adapt to schedule changes. * Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods. * Ability to work across multiple location when needed. * Relevant certifications demonstrating expertise in food safety and management.
