Responsibilities and Duties

* Learn to contribute to the future direction and success of the restaurant. * Develop expertise in managing budgets exceeding a million dollars, controlling costs, and planning inventory effectively. * Participate in the planning and execution of initiatives to drive sales growth. * Take an active role in ensuring the highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness within restaurant operations. * Assist in supervising daily store operations, managing cash control, and overseeing shift management. * Learn to lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering their talents and growth. * Support recruitment efforts, training programs, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possess a Degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec, or Nitec in any field of study. * Demonstrate high energy levels and a genuine passion for creating positive experiences for customers. * Possess the drive and resourcefulness to achieve results effectively. * Exhibit strong foundational management skills with the potential to lead and motivate a team. * Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, on a 5-day work week schedule.
