Responsibilities and Duties

- Lead and manage a team of managers overseeing café and retail operations. - Establish, monitor, and review operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency. - Ensure outlets maintain consistent product quality and service standards. - Oversee recruitment, staffing, and manpower planning in collaboration with HR. - Conduct training and orientation programs to set new team members up for success. - Manage outlet maintenance and ensure timely resolution of operational issues. - Collaborate with suppliers and partners to optimize purchasing, inventory management, and cost of goods sold (COGS). - Address and resolve customer escalations, ensuring service recovery and continuous improvement. - Provide feedback and recommendations for operational enhancements. - Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant management experience in F&B operations. - Fluent in English and at least one other local language. - Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with strong analytical and reporting skills. - Action-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused with strong problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage all levels of staff. - Team player with leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
