HEAD CHEF

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary operations. This pivotal role demands an individual committed to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and ensuring the proper maintenance of all kitchen equipment. The Head Chef will also play a role in managing kitchen supplies and fostering positive working relationships across different teams. This position requires a responsible and reliable individual with experience in professional cooking, capable of working flexible hours.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Uphold stringent hygiene and safety standards in all kitchen operations. * Ensure all cooking tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and properly maintained. * Provide support in managing kitchen inventory, including supplies and equipment. * Cultivate positive and collaborative working relationships with front-of-house and retail team members. * Undertake any other relevant tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated experience in the safe and effective use of various cutting tools and cookware. * Possess a valid certification in food hygiene and safety. * Exhibit a high degree of responsibility and reliability in all tasks. * Willingness and ability to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
