We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to join our growing team. Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in managing the full set of accounts, including data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliation of financial transactions. * Handle payroll processing and accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate payments. * Prepare financial statements, including GST (Goods and Services Tax) submissions, while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations. * Collaborate with external auditors during audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. * Work with the in-house tech team to ensure the online management system aligns with accounting principles and regulations. * Assist in evaluating and implementing new financial management systems, including supporting platform migrations. * Contribute to streamlining financial processes by implementing appropriate tools and technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliation, or similar financial roles. * Familiarity with MYOB software is a significant advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic financial management tools. * understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations in Singapore. Exposure to regulations in China, Vietnam, or Thailand is a valuable asset. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to analyze data and identify potential issues. *Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. * A willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
