A Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans targeted at corporate clients. This role involves identifying potential business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets. The Corporate Sales Manager conducts market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs, tailoring solutions that align with clients' objectives. They are also responsible for negotiating contracts, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential for success in this role, along with a proven track record in corporate sales and business development. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, capable of building long-term partnerships, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Target new markets by developing, implementing, and executing effective sales action plans and strategies. * Collaborate with various business partners to explore new business opportunities. * Actively seek out new and potential clients while monitoring existing business channels and continuously searching for new marketing avenues. * Lead new projects from inception to successful completion and spearhead seasonal marketing initiatives. * Prepare quotes and proposals for clients, demonstrating the ability to meet sales targets and enhance profitability. * Build, implement, and oversee marketing strategies for e-commerce initiatives. * Establish positive relationships with e-commerce platform partners and create a marketing content calendar for e-commerce. * Stay informed about current trends and demands in the FMCG sector. * Consolidate statistical reports, manage databases, and prepare comprehensive reports. * Efficiently manage relationships with both internal and external business partners, while building connections with customers and distributors. * Negotiate pricing variations, contracts, customer specifications, and promotional strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, e-commerce, and marketing within the FMCG or F&B sectors is required for this position. * A self-driven and committed individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who actively seeks opportunities to develop new business channels and ideas. * Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential. * Ability to build strong business relationships at all levels, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, while working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. * Adaptable and flexible in response to changing circumstances. * Experience participating in local and international trade fairs is preferred.
