We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist our cook with food preparation and help ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

*Assist the cook with preparation of ingredients, including washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruits, vegetables, poultry, and meat *Stir, heat, and monitor soups and sauces as directed *Clean and store all kitchen appliances, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes *Organize and store food supplies properly in the kitchen, cold room, and storeroom *Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times *Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company

Qualifications and Requirements

*Willing and able to perform split shifts, and work on weekends and public holidays *Positive attitude, with initiative and a strong willingness to learn and contribute *Hardworking, dependable, and a team player *Good communication and interpersonal skills *Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but not mandatory
