Responsibilities and Duties

* Taking Leadership role in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup * Maintain control of the kitchen and equipments to ensure efficiency * Plan menus, generating new dishes according to trends and seasonal ingredients * Make sure that all staff adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to keep kitchen clean * Inspect raw and cooked food to guaranty quality + handle monthly inventory * Collaborate with the owner to aline kitchen operations with the overarching goals of the cafe * Recruit and train chefs and kitchen staff * Be open to growing a Start-up Cafe with the owners and building a family environment * Culinary Training + Food Hygiene Certification a must * Positive attitude, Patient and enjoys a fun environment
