This role offers the opportunity to work closely with chefs, support kitchen operations, and gain hands-on experience in Korean cuisine. Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation and cooking support * Ensure freshness, proper storage, and handling of ingredients * Support chefs in plating and coordination during service hours * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety * Collaborate with service crew to ensure smooth workflow * Note: Dishwashing is handled by external professional service providers

Qualifications and Requirements

* Some kitchen or F&B experience preferred, but training provided * Passion for Korean cuisine and eagerness to learn * Team player with a positive and responsible attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
