Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the complete daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. * Manage all aspects of store management, including inventory, ordering, and maintenance. * Apply practical cooking knowledge of Indian foods to ensure quality and authenticity. * Supervise and motivate restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction through attentive service and high-quality food. * Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation. * Maintain rigorous quality standards for food and service, ensuring consistency. * Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations, creating a safe environment for both staff and customers. * Leverage catering knowledge, if available, to expand the restaurant's service offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements
