Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide fundamental food preparation and cooking assistance. * Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, slicing meats, and mixing sauces. * Follow established procedures to support the creation of main dishes and side items. * Contribute to kitchen stock and inventory management. * Assist in receiving, counting, and organizing kitchen deliveries. * Ensure ingredients and supplies are stored correctly. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. * Clean work surfaces before and after use. * Perform floor cleaning at the end of each shift. * Handle dishwashing, trash disposal, and other cleaning tasks. * Assist with kitchen opening and closing procedures. * Help prepare the kitchen for daily operations. * Assist in kitchen cleanup and breakdown at the end of shifts. * Perform additional kitchen tasks as needed. * Monitor and report low inventory levels. * Communicate kitchen needs to supervisors. * Prepare customer takeaway orders. * Report any damaged or faulty equipment. * Assist service staff when needed. * Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned. * Be flexible to work at other locations if necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements
