Responsibilities and Duties

* Take ownership of general tasks within the kitchen environment. * Ensure that all kitchen supplies, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained. * Uphold stringent standards of food quality, hygiene, and overall cleanliness throughout the kitchen. * Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking, which includes tasks like chopping vegetables, meat, and fruits. * Undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed by the kitchen management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Ideally, have at least one year of prior experience within the hospitality sector. * Salary will be commensurate with experience in the industry and is open for discussion. * A Basic Food Hygiene certification is a necessary qualification for this role. * Must be available to work a 6-day week. * Must be capable of working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
