Responsibilities and Duties

・Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte and more according to the cafe's standards. ・Grind coffee beans and set machines to the correct settings for optimal extraction. ・Steam milk and create latte art when appropriate. ・Regularly clean and maintain the coffee machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment. ・Food preparation for guest as per SOP. ・Keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications and Requirements

・A solid understanding of different coffee beans, roast levels, brewing methods, and flavor profiles ・Proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-related equipment. ・Skill in creating latte art ・Precise measurement of ingredients and adherence to preparation methods for consistency. ・Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. ・Basic food hygiene course (food safety level 1) is a plus point
