Responsibilities and Duties

- Engage with customers, share the AMACHA story, and enhance their tea experience - Ensure consistency and quality by following standard preparation techniques - Deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for guests - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tea bar according to health and safety standards - Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with stock deliveries - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications and Requirements

- Passionate, responsible, and motivated individuals - Prior experience as a Barista or in F&B preferred but not required (training provided) - Strong customer service orientation with an engaging personality - Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment - Good teamwork and communication skills - Eagerness to learn and grow with a dynamic, expanding brand
