SALES MANAGER

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Lead the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets. * Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence. * Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales representatives. * Set clear objectives, coach team members, and monitor their performance. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and partnering with them. * Develop and implement new sales plans and strategies. * Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as realistic sales forecasts, to management. * Identify emerging market trends and competitive landscapes. * Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. * Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Proven track record of success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently exceeding sales targets. * Commitment to continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to effectively manage the entire sales process, from initial planning to closing deals. * Strong business acumen and industry expertise. * Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. * Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. * Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures. * Ability to work effectively under pressure. * Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
