    Responsibilities and Duties

    - Work a 6-day work week and report directly to higher management on day-to-day cafe operations and staff performance - Ensure the cafe is operation-ready, punctual, clean, and hygienic at all times - Consistently prepare drinks, coffee, and other food and beverages to the highest level of quality and consistency - Conduct quality control throughout the day to ensure every dish and drink served meets company standards - Implement daily and weekly inventory checks to minimise over-ordering and wastage - Maintain minimum par levels of inventory through regular stock taking and ordering - Communicate with customers, upsell new products, and recommend best sellers - Provide a friendly and positive experience for every guest to ensure a pleasant dining experience - Work directly with management on conflict resolution and service recovery - Carry out other duties as assigned by higher management

    Qualifications and Requirements

    - 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with no experience are welcome to apply - Background in coffee is an advantage - Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment while maintaining high levels of attentiveness and hospitality - Availability on weekends and public holidays is required - Maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in food and beverage handling - Demonstrates a positive attitude, initiative, and strong work ethic - Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle pressure calmly and effectively - Able to uphold confidentiality and report matters only to higher management - Willing to adhere to all company SOPs, guidelines, and regulations - Able to carry out service recovery procedures as trained by the company
