Responsibilities and Duties

*Support the Head Chef in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations *Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team to perform at their best *Maintain uncompromising quality across all dishes and service points *Monitor kitchen workflow to ensure timeliness and accuracy during service *Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and keep food costs under control *Communicate clearly with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless coordination *Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards throughout the kitchen
