Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide customer service and sales support - Maintain product display and perform stock replenishment - Assist in placing orders and receiving goods - Perform cashier duties on a rotating basis - Assist with GST refund procedures - Support the Supervisor with department duties

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience in retail, preferably in Herb & Medicine, Merchandising, or related field - Customer-focused, self-motivated, and a team player - Presentable and approachable with good communication and interpersonal skills - Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
