Sales Manager

Description

This role involves actively engaging with customers in a retail setting to promote and sell skincare and beauty products. Key responsibilities include providing product demonstrations and consultations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Distribute product samples to shoppers. * Approach potential customers, present sales pitches, and persuade them to purchase products and services. * Provide personalized skincare consultations, product demonstrations, and recommend suitable treatment plans and products to clients. * Perform mini-facials and hand demonstrations. * Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers, and assist customers in finding the right products. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and build strong, trusting relationships. * Consistently exceed monthly sales targets and strive for exceptional performance. * Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring products are well-stocked. * Continuously expand product knowledge and become a knowledgeable expert for customers. * Conduct brand/product training sessions for colleagues when necessary. * Support general day-to-day retail operations and store maintenance. * Work rotating shifts across multiple locations, including weekends.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least three years of experience in proactive cosmetic sales within a retail environment. * Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the skincare/beauty industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products. * A passion for beauty and a sales-oriented mindset. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. * A positive work attitude and a strong sales orientation. * Willingness to work rotating shifts across multiple locations, including weekends. * Working locations will primarily be in central areas.
